Accufab's 70mm throttle body and spacer was designed to be used on the 1986-1993 Ford 5.0L Mustang. These products are made from high quality billet aluminum, no castings or coatings! Each billet part is CNC machined and then the exterior aluminum is polished to a mirror finish. The shafts are CNC machined from stainless steel and we use only the best bearings, bushings, screws and other component parts available.

Features

Each throttle body is sold individually or in a Kit* (*part numbers with a "K" at the end)
Each throttle body includes one throttle body gasket and one IAC gasket.
Each Kit includes a throttle body and a choice of a 2" EGR spacer or a 2" Blank spacer, plus two throttle body gaskets, one IAC gasket and one EGR gasket.
A 2" EGR spacer is 2" thick and has vacuum tubes, water passages and provisions to mount the stock cable bracket and includes two throttle body gaskets and one EGR gasket.
A 2" Blank spacer is 2" thick and is solid aluminum (no water passages and no vacuum tubes) and has provisions to mount the stock cable bracket and includes two throttle body gaskets.
A 3/8" Cable Bracket is 3/8" thick and is solid aluminum (no water passages and no vacuum tubes) and has provisions to mount the stock cable bracket and includes two throttle body gaskets.
Each Gasket Kit includes two throttle body gaskets, one IAC gasket and one EGR gasket.
Accufab classifies it's throttle bodies as either "Standard" or "Race" version.
A Standard version throttle body has a vacuum elbow and the exact mm size is measured at the blade. The OD of the inlet is approximately the same mm specified.
A Race version throttle body does not have a vacuum elbow and the exact mm size is measured at the blade. However, all Race versions sized 65mm through 90mm have a 4" inlet or opening. A fabricated hose or tube from the filter or supercharger is required to fit over the 4" inlet, which we do not manufacture.
Each 5.0L throttle body & spacer(s) have a bolt pattern that is measured 3.5" bolt center to bolt center square.
