Finding the right head stud kit for the Yates D3 cylinder head can be hard to find. We put together the same kit that we use on the NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Craftsman Truck. You will still need to check your block to make sure the countersink length in the block is about 1/2" deep. This kit contains enough studs and 12 point nuts to complete both heads and do not come with washers as the Yates D3 heads should have head savers installed. If you need head savers for your cylinder heads please contact our sales department at 704-662-6982.

Kit Contains the following items:
  • 10pcs 1/2" Long studs
  • 10pcs 1/2" Short Studs
  • 20pcs 1/2" 12 point nuts

Note: Stud kit will fit blocks with 1/2" countersink in block. Depending on manufacturer, some blocks could have more or less of a chamfer which may cause studs to be too long or too short. Please make sure to measure your block to get the right kit.
